When will I receive my order?
Once we receive your order, design and production takes about 2-5 days, then we'll ship it. Shipping usually takes 4-7 business days. So in total between 6 and 12 business days in most cases.

Where are your signs and art made?
All our signs and art is made right here in the UNITED STATE, supporting local communities.

What are the signs made of?
All our signs are made of 18 gauge steel; for longevity and strength!

How are they painted?
All our signs are powder coated.

Can I used these for commercial purposes?
Of course. Also if you need something custom, contact our support and we'll be able to help you make something truly unique for your business.

How do I use promotional codes and coupons?
When you check out, you'll see a spot to apply your code / coupon. Once applied it will be verify and discounts applied instantly to your order price.

So do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes yet, we use UPS and Fedex who don't like to deliver to PO Boxes. If you have to ship to a PO Box, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we offer shipping within the contiguous United States.

So you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We are looking into expanding internationally in the future, stay tuned.

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Currently, we offer shipping within the contiguous United States.

Can I send it to a different address then my own?
For security reason to protect you just incase you lost your payment method, we only ship the to same address as the owner of the card.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! If you need something special, contact our support and we'll be able to help you make something truly unique for.

So how do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number once the order have been created and shipped. You can track the shipping via FedEx or UPS official websites.

Do you accept exchanges?
All our products are made to order just for you. We do not accept exchanges. But please contact our support if you have more questions.

What happens if my order comes damaged from shipping?
Sometimes, these issues can happen, but no worries—we’ll send a replacement to you right away. Feel free to reach out with any questions about your order. See our Shipping Policy page.
